That is due to too much javascript load in the form box. I made suggestion to replace what twitter is using which is much more responsive. And they made some changes but it hasn't improved much,

imode のようなキャリア別のインターフェースは一通り52458.mobi が動くようになってから実装しますので、もう少しお待ちください。というのもここらへんは私スキルが無いので少し勉強しないと行けないのです。
